You’ll be the first line of defense — and the trusted technical voice — for our clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
Guardian of Uptime: Monitor live payment systems around the clock, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
Customer Tech Whisperer: Respond to client inquiries with speed and precision — translating complex technical issues into clear, actionable solutions.
Integration Troubleshooter: Ensure smooth operation of our fintech platform with client systems — debugging connectivity, authentication, and data flow issues.
JIRA Power User: Own the ticketing workflow — logging, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving support cases with precision and transparency.
Knowledge Builder: Contribute to technical documentation, FAQs, and internal playbooks — so every fix becomes a shared win.
You Bring
2+ years in technical support, ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS
Solid understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and security protocols
Hands-on experience with JIRA (or similar) for ticket management and workflow tracking
Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent support experiences
Bonus: Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, JSON, REST, OAuth, or integration workflows
