    Now, we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist who lives and breathes problem-solving, thrives in high-velocity environments, and loves turning technical chaos into clarity.

    You’ll be the first line of defense — and the trusted technical voice — for our clients and internal teams.


    What You’ll Do

    • Guardian of Uptime: Monitor live payment systems around the clock, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
    • Customer Tech Whisperer: Respond to client inquiries with speed and precision — translating complex technical issues into clear, actionable solutions.
    • Fintech Detective: Troubleshoot integration issues involving APIs, SDKs, payment gateways, and backend services. Dig deep, fix fast, document thoroughly.
    • Integration Troubleshooter: Ensure smooth operation of our fintech platform with client systems — debugging connectivity, authentication, and data flow issues.
    • JIRA Power User: Own the ticketing workflow — logging, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving support cases with precision and transparency.
    • Knowledge Builder: Contribute to technical documentation, FAQs, and internal playbooks — so every fix becomes a shared win.

    You Bring

    •  2+ years in technical support, ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS
    • Solid understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and security protocols
    • Hands-on experience with JIRA (or similar) for ticket management and workflow tracking
    • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent support experiences
    • Bonus: Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, JSON, REST, OAuth, or integration workflows
