About The Role

Currently, we’re seeking an exceptional AI Research Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing AI systems that assist software developers, working at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and developer tools.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop state-of-the-art language models for code understanding and generation
• Code completion and suggestion systems
• Automated code review and bug detection
• Test case generation and automation
• Natural language to code translation
• Code documentation generation
• Collaborate with software engineers to understand developer workflows and pain points
• Write production-ready code and contribute to our ML infrastructure
• Stay current with latest developments in AI/ML research, particularly in code language models
• Author technical documentation and research papers

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning systems
• Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and language models
• Experience with code analysis tools and developer workflows
• Proven track record of delivering ML solutions in production environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large language models and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages and development frameworks
• Publications in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and ML infrastructure
• Contributions to open-source ML or developer tools
• Familiarity with static analysis tools and compiler design
