We are now seeking a Solution Engineer based in Bulgaria to support our EMEA region while assisting with US and APAC sales efforts as needed. The role will play a crucial role in technical pre-sales activities, ensuring our customers and partners receive world-class technical support, product guidance, and demonstrations.
It requires impeccable English skills (both spoken and written) due to frequent cross-regional collaboration with global teams.
Responsibilities:
Technical Pre-Sales Support
Work closely with regional sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
Assist in responding to RFIs/RFPs with high-quality technical documentation.
Develop proof-of-concept environments, customized dashboards, and tailored technical solutions for prospects and partners.
Provide hands-on assistance with system integration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Customer & Partner Engagement
Act as a trusted technical advisor to end-users, resellers, and partners.
Deliver training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for customers and internal teams.
Support marketing efforts, including trade shows, webinars, and other demand-generation initiatives.
Cross-Regional Collaboration
Focus primarily on EMEA, while assisting US and APAC teams when needed.
Work closely with the global solution engineering and sales teams to ensure seamless technical alignment across regions.
How We Can Match:
Technical
Expertise in IP networking, SaaS applications, video security, and system architecture.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL) environments.
Experience troubleshooting web-based platforms, APIs, and databases.
Experience with Video Management Systems, Video Recording, and Video Analytics will be a strong advantage.
Professional
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
Travel: Up to 50% travel within EMEA, with occasional trips outside the region.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a multi-regional sales engineering role.
Additional language skills (European languages preferred).
