We are looking for a bright Customer Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
▪ Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
▪ Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
▪ Configure and setup customer solutions
▪ Support clients in daily software tasks
▪ Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
▪ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
▪ Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
▪ Prepare accurate and timely reports
▪ Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
Requirements:
▪ Proven working experience in enterprise customer/technical support (technical background in software development company will be considered as an advantage)
▪ BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
▪ Excellent command of English
▪ Good knowledge of German, Spanish or Italian will be considered as an advantage
▪ Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, utilities and scripting
▪ Knowledge of SQL will be a plus
▪ Strong problem-solving skills
▪ Excellent client-facing skills
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
