    Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect

    Location: Bulgaria

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will scope, estimate, design and lead implementation of tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyse and understand client needs, goals, and business processes.
    • Participates in meetings with clients to define the scope of new projects
    • Provides high level estimates for the potential projects, technical team profile and indicative timelines to deliver it
    • Accelerator development – support and lead technical design and build of Salesforce accelerators as part of our offering
    • Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
    • Collaborate with IT professionals and stakeholders to create project plans.
    • Oversee the development and testing process to ensure the Salesforce solution works as expected.
    • Ensure data integrity and maintain system security.
    • Recommend Salesforce features and functions to improve business processes.
    • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
    • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
    • Document system configurations, design, and technical specifications.
    • Resolve complex issues related to Salesforce implementation and usage.

    Qualifications:

    • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of the Salesforce platform and Sales and Service clouds in particular
    • Experience working directly with clients
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong understanding of business process development.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II) are a plus.
    • Experience with other Salesforce clouds (CPQ, Revenue cloud, etc) is a plus.
