    We’re hiring a Salesforce Core Developer at Merkle in Sofia.

    Purpose

    The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions for a strategic project where Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) is a core component. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, with experience in CPQ or quoting solutions considered highly valuable. The Developer will ensure scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives and work as a strong team player within a collaborative environment.

    Role Description

    • Develop secure, robust, and scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
    • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automation to meet business requirements.
    • Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
    • Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and middleware tools.
    • Utilise DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset) for source control and deployment pipelines.
    • Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and ensure adherence to coding standards through peer reviews.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing ongoing technical support.
    • Contribute to best practices documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Desired Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum 2–3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
    • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.
    • Experience with CPQ or quoting solutions; RCA experience is highly desirable.
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and data architecture.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
    • Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
    • Preferred: CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, or related certifications.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
