    We’re hiring a PROJECT MANAGER as part of Merkle in Sofia.

    About the role:

    As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale eCommerce projects. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex eCommerce projects.
    • Define and implement project governance and ways of working with clients.
    • Create and manage high-level release plans and roadmaps to ensure effective project management.
    • Collaborate with resource managers to optimise the resource mix.
    • Facilitate the gathering of requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
    • Manage budgets and oversee financial planning and invoicing.
    • Secure the timely delivery of high-quality client deliverables.
    • Ensure the established delivery practices are followed internally and externally.
    • Drive communication and alignment across project and program teams.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Monitor KPIs and project metrics to ensure strategic goals are met
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes and methodologies.

    Requirments:

    • 4+ years of professional experience in a project management role.
    • Hands-on experience delivering projects, using Agile methodologies.
    • Experience in the field of e-commerce platforms and retail business.
    • Fluent in financial terms and principles.
    • Strong experience in working with MS Office tools and Project management tools
    • A self-starter, motivated to take ownership of projects and drive tasks to completion.
    • Problem-solving attitude, combined with analytical thinking and objective decision-making.
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
    • Agility and the ability to perform in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
    • Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and written English.

    Advantages:

    • Experience in the implementation of large-scale B2C or B2B e-commerce solutions (preferably, based on Demandware or Hybris platforms);
    • Strong understanding of SDLC Lifecycle;
    • Experience working with virtual teams;

    • The candidate should be willing to provide two professional references.
