We are expanding and seeking a talented Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our team in Sofia. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation efforts while working in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment. Who We’re Looking For:

• A DevOps engineer with 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Experience with Linode and its services for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with Grafana and Sentry for monitoring and observability.
• Scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar.
• A team player with strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mentality.
• Enthusiasm for working in an environment that values open communication, accountability, and continuous evolution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (we are open to choosing the best tool with your input).
• Optimize and manage Linode-based cloud infrastructure for scalability and performance.
• Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring using Grafana and Sentry.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and respond to downtimes as needed.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to improve deployment workflows.
