Role Overview
As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping sophisticated user experiences for complex B2B SaaS systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and customer success—to plan, refine, and validate design solutions that not only enhance usability across various form factors but also integrate seamlessly into our product ecosystem. Your expertise in diverse user research methodologies and your proven ability to lead product initiatives will drive our mission to create intelligent solutions that elevate operational performance.
Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis:
Lead in-depth user research initiatives to identify customer needs and pain points using various methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, jobs-to-be-done, and other frameworks).
Synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data to develop user personas, journey maps, and actionable insights that inform product strategy.
UX/UI Design & Prototyping:
Translate complex user processes into simple, usable solutions.
Design end-to-end user experiences for complex B2B SaaS applications with strong visual design and intuitive interfaces.
Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are responsive across multiple platforms and form factors.
Product Outcome & Leadership:
You will be pivotal in leading a development squad with a hands-on, agile approach—contributing directly to design work and ensuring seamless collaboration with engineers.
Champion a holistic product mindset that goes beyond usability to focus on how design impacts business outcomes.
Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in the application of AI in UX, to continually refine and improve our digital products.
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates work on complex B2B SaaS systems.
Proven track record in leading user research initiatives and applying diverse frameworks to inform design decisions.
Experience working in agile environments, preferably with squad leadership or managing cross-functional design teams.
Skills:
Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma is a must)
Strong UI design skills with the ability to create visually compelling and functional designs across multiple devices.
Mindset:
A strategic, product-focused thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Highly motivated and hands-on, with excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction.
