Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 11,000 professionals, is looking for a SAP CRM Consultant to join one of our client’s team.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the SAP CRM module for a large public organization

• Collaborate with key users to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions

• Write functional specifications and documentation

• Perform system customization and configuration within SAP CRM

• Conduct system testing (unit and integration tests)

• Support end-users and provide training when needed

• Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP CRM implementation

• Strong understanding of business processes and CRM workflows

• Experience with writing specifications and system documentation

• Familiarity with SAP system architecture and integration points

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
