Technical Security Architect

In this expert-level role, you’ll help design and secure new digital platforms and business solutions. You’ll be deeply involved in every stage of the security lifecycle—from architecture and risk assessment to compliance, cloud security, and incident response. If you’re a hands-on security leader passionate about building secure systems in both cloud and on-premises environments, this is the perfect opportunity.

Your Role:

As a Technical Security Architect, you will:

• Conduct security assessments and risk analyses for new applications and systems
• Design secure cloud and on-premise architectures, primarily using Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate across DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams to integrate security from the ground up
• Define and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with major frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR)
• Lead threat modeling exercises and manage penetration testing activities
• Provide expert guidance on secure coding and DevSecOps integration
• Shape the organization’s security roadmap and recommend proactive risk-mitigation strategies
• Monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities to maintain a strong security posture
• Support or lead incident response and forensic investigations when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Certifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a security architect or similar senior role
• CISSP or CISM certification is required
• Azure security certification (e.g. AZ-500) is a strong plus

Technical Skills:

• Solid background in cloud and network security—especially in Microsoft Azure environments
• Deep knowledge of identity and access management, encryption, and SIEM tools
• Strong grasp of risk management and regulatory compliance (ISO, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
• Experience with threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing
• DevSecOps mindset and experience integrating security into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience advising or supporting senior leadership and security teams is a plus
