Senior Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 Supply Chain

Manpower is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management to join a strategic partner of ours – a global player in IT services, with an advanced delivery center in Sofia. With a diverse and international client portfolio, this organization drives digital transformation projects across industries, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and long-term value creation.

Your Mission:

You’ll take on a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing supply chain operations for enterprise clients by leveraging the full capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll design scalable solutions, align technical implementation with business goals, and provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading client workshops to map out and reimagine supply chain processes
• Conducting fit-gap analyses and defining target process models using APQC frameworks
• Translating business needs into functional specifications and guiding the technical team on integrations or customizations
• Setting up and configuring the Dynamics 365 SCM modules in line with client expectations
• Creating and executing test plans to validate solutions
• Supporting client teams through user acceptance testing and post-implementation phases
• Preparing and delivering end-user training materials

What We’re Looking For:

• Practical knowledge of supply chain operations and process flows
• Previous exposure to manufacturing process design is considered a bonus
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP projects as a functional consultant
• Strong sense of initiative and accountability – able to lead workstreams and collaborate effectively
• Fluent English; additional languages like Dutch or French are a strong advantage
• Certified in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (MB-330 and/or MB-320), or ready to get certified soon
• Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are a plus
• Eagerness to stay current with Microsoft updates and serve as a knowledge hub for your team
