Product Manager AI

Manpower Bulgaria is seeking a Product Manager AI for a trusted partner developing a global medical e-learning platform.

With millions of users and hundreds of institutional clients, their platform supports exams, certifications, and adaptive learning using AI-driven solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Identify AI and market trends, extracting innovation potential to shape product strategy and
• development.
• Create product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and make trade-offs aligned with customer needs and
• business goals.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch—by developing AI-powered solutions
• that enhance user engagement and adoption.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Content, and Data
• Science, to execute strategic projects.
• Analyze user data to identify improvement opportunities and bridge gaps through AI solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders and ensure successful market entry of AI-driven features.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, developing and launching user-facing products.
• A proven track record of delivering AI-driven features, particularly involving data-driven models or
• LLMs.
• The ability to break down complex problems while maintaining a strategic vision.
• Experience utilizing both quantitative (metrics, analytics) and qualitative (research, user feedback) data to inform product decisions.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in AI model training, evaluation, and iteration.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering.
• Ability to align with senior stakeholders and scale AI solutions across multiple teams.
