Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to to our client’s team, which offers consulting services and solutions for managing and optimizing compensation, creating competitive and effective compensation strategies for its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and document new and existing software functionalities within the Dynamics 365 environment using the .NET Framework

• Continuously improve and expand modular platforms within our projects and contribute to the development of new products and processes

• Execute development tasks as per specified requirements, ensuring high standards of quality and performance

• Develop solutions for complex software tasks, leveraging best practices in design and implementation

• Manage tasks autonomously, from specification and estimation to design, implementation, and testing

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in a similar role

• Proficiency in C# programming, with a solid understanding of ASP.NET; experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Logic App, and ServiceBus; familiarity with JavaScript and plugin implementation for Dynamics 365

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills

• Fluent in English

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking

Nice to Have:

• In-depth knowledge of plugin development as well as CI/CD

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud environments

• A degree in IT or engineering
