Azure Architect – Cloud & Infrastructure

Manpower Bulgaria is looking for an Azure Architect to join the Cloud Services unit of a leading global IT service provider. The company delivers a full spectrum of IT solutions, including Cloud and Infrastructure, Software Engineering, SAP solutions, and Application & Platform Operations, supporting digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries. The Cloud Services unit focuses on designing, building, securing, and managing cloud-native & hybrid platforms, as well as providing cloud advisory and engineering services to external clients.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and define product specifications.
• Develop, document, and present solution designs for cloud-based infrastructure and services.
• Contribute to project planning, defining timelines, milestones, effort, and budget estimations.
• Provide cloud advisory and engineering services to external clients.
• Ensure scalability, resilience, security, and availability of cloud solutions.
• Design and build Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions for full automation and auditability.
• Consult customers on system architecture and infrastructure at both technical and business levels.
• Participate in escalation management when project timelines or quality are at risk.
• Drive innovation through research and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (AWS or Google Cloud is a plus).
• Experience in designing and building Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Identity Management, Networking, Backup, and Configuration Management.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to design and document complex environments.
• Understanding of ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas to technical and executive audiences.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
