What is your new role:
communicate, organize and maintain the day-to-day work of the QA team, related to our different products.
be responsible for efficient execution of operational tasks.
actively support the QA product team to evaluate the products and execute tests.
analyze, describe and maintain track of different issues in the ongoing projects.
collaborate with clients, developers and stakeholders to understand the business requirements in detail – review technical specifications and design, maintain proper documentation, keep track on the changes and strictly maintain the deadlines.
document test procedures, making sure they are applicable and compliant with the standards.
What it takes:
3+ years of work experience as a QA Project Manager, Product Owner or Project Manager.
very good technical knowledge or background in the field of hardware testing.
relevant technical degree (electronics, engineering or similar).
fluent English is a must (written and verbal) as you will use it daily to coordinate with cross-location colleagues or communicate with clients.
good understanding and willingness to implement and follow best quality assurance practices.
knowledge in QA methodologies and processes.
experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
good communication skills, attention to detail, strong analytical skills.
self-starting and proactive nature with the ability to self-manage tasks, prioritize and ensure comprehensive testing coverage, without the need of constant oversight.
experience with Jira, Confluence and MS Products is an advantage.
