    What is your new role:

    • Configure and manage settings within the company`s internal systems (Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM, Production, CRM) to ensure alignment between financial, sales and operational data;
    • Work closely with software development teams and business units to align system capabilities with organizational needs, ensuring that systems are optimized for business processes and goals;
    • Ensure data consistency across different modules and internal systems, performing audits and troubleshooting discrepancies;
    • Oversee internal processes and maintain up-to-date records to support timely and accurate financial operations;
    • Identify, design, and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and system configurations;
    • Develop and maintain reports to track key metrics in billing and operations, leveraging advanced Excel and database tools for data extraction, analysis, and visualization;
    • Provide support and training to all employees regarding internal systems;
    • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting steps.


    What it takes:

    • Sound knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management) and Microsoft 365 pack;
    • Proficiency in data mining, and data analysis;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity and process efficiency;
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments;
    • Prior experience in process optimization, reporting, and business analysis is highly valued;
    • Responsible, disciplined, and proactive in your approach;
    • Strong problem-solver with a keen attention to detail;
    • Skilled in internal systems implementation and administration, data governance, and reporting;
    • Good to have – bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
