REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 2+ years of experience with SAP infrastructure & solutions, including SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, CPI).
• Understanding of SOAP, HTTPS, and other integration protocols.
• Experience with Postman, Insomnia, or any similar service for API testing and development.
• Understanding of XML for data exchange and transformation.
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders, as well as excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• English B2+.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with SAP ERP integration.
• Knowledge of Service Now functionality or any similar service.
• Understanding of encryption processes (e.g., PKCS7#, PGP) and SFTP server operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure customers’ tenants to connect customers’ SAP ERP systems with the banks’ ba ckends using different connectivity ways (Host-2-Host, SWIFT, EBICS, etc.).
• Create and maintain security artefacts (e.g. SSH and PGP keys).
• Check the customers’ tenants in order to identify the cause of an issue, and monitor the messages’ statuses and details.
• Investigate the issues, fix them, and provide updates to the customers via ServiceNow cases.
• Communicate with developers regarding the issues and their investigation.
• Maintain internal documentation and reports.
