Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText VIM implementation and support.
• Proficiency in VIM exception handling, business rules, approval workflows, and SAP ERP modules: FI (Accounts Payable), MM (Procure to Pay).
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori VIM apps, OCR tools, and Business Center/ICC.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and client-facing communication abilities.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
• English B2+.

nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to debug and interpret ABAP code.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP VIM, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Design and configure invoice workflows, exception handling, and approvals.
• Integrate OpenText VIM with SAP modules (FI, MM, AP) and third-party OCR/scanning tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIM enhancements and customizations.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure post-go-live stability.
• Support data migration, UAT, and end-user training with clear documentation.
