REQUIREMENTS

Core SAP QM Knowledge and Experience

• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with the SAP QM functionality.
• Solid experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and support for the QM module.
• Knowledge of how QM integrates with modules like MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), PM (Plant Maintenance), and WM (Warehouse Management).
• Knowledge of SAP EHS (any part) is optional but might be an advantage.

Implementation and Configuration

• Ability to configure QM module to meet business requirements, including settings for inspection planning, quality notifications, inspection lot management, etc.
• Experience in implementing end-to-end quality management processes, including procurement inspections, production quality, and sales order quality checks.
• Configuring and maintaining master data elements like quality certificates, material specifications, and inspection plans.

Business Process Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, inspection plans, quality control, and regulatory standards for industries like automotive, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods.
• Ability to analyse business processes and translate requirements into SAP functionality.
• Familiarity with quality standards like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or others, and how these are integrated into SAP QM.
• Ability to document SAP QM configurations, business processes, and custom developments.

Collaboration and Communication

• Ability to work closely with business users, project managers, developers, and other SAP functional consultants.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into understandable terms for business stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working on different SAP project types worldwide: full cycle implementations, rollouts, enhancements, implementation of certain modules, support, etc.
• Presales activities, including workshops, demos and PoC’s.
• Learning new SAP products/solutions.
