Rеquired skills:

• Deep knowledge of SAP MDG, including its various modules, configuration options, and development tools.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles: data quality, data consistency, and data security.
• Experience in managing MDG projects: planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• English B1+.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of MDG professionals, including analysts, developers, and consultants.
• Define and implement MDG strategies, including data governance policies, data quality rules, and workflows.
• Work with business units and technical teams to implement and optimize MDG solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and data strategies.
• Ensure the effective governance, integrity, and quality of master data across the organization, including data standardization, master data validation, and reconciliation.
• Provide technical guidance and support for MDG projects, including configuration, development, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, IT departments, and vendors, to ensure successful MDG implementation and maintenance.
