Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SAP PaPM functionalities, financial modeling, and cost allocation techniques.
• Expertise in SAP FI-CO, SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Experience with ETL tools, data integration, and performance tuning – optional.
• Ability to design and implement profitability analysis and performance management solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident English speaker: from B2 and higher.

Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PaPM models and calculations.
• Design and configure rule-based cost allocations, profitability analysis, and performance management.
• Develop real-time simulations and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making.
• Customize PaPM functions, drivers, and allocation methods to fit business needs.
• Implement multi-dimensional reporting using SAP PaPM and integrate it with SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, and external data sources

Integration & Data Management

• Integrate SAP PaPM with SAP FI-CO, SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP S/4HANA, and non-SAP data sources.
• Manage data flows, ETL processes, and transformations within SAP PaPM.
• Optimize data loading and calculation performance for large-scale financial models.
• Ensure seamless connectivity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for advanced reporting.

Profitability & Cost Management

• Implement profitability analysis (CO-PA) models using SAP PaPM.
• Design and configure cost allocation methodologies, including ABC (Activity-Based Costing).
• Create real-time financial simulations to assess impact scenarios (e.g., pricing changes, cost adjustments).
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting using PaPM’s automated allocation models.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Develop KPI dashboards and profitability reports for business users.
• Optimize PaPM models for faster processing and better performance.
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of complex cost allocation rules.
• Work with finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate financial strategies.

User Training & Support

• Provide end-user training on SAP PaPM functionalities and best practices.
• Develop user guides, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Offer post-Go-Live support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Work with finance and IT teams to continuously improve the PaPM solution.
