SAP CONCUR CONSULTANT

As an SAP Concur Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Concur solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the system to meet their needs, and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful utilization of the SAP Concur platform.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Concur implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP Concur modules, including Travel, Expense, and Invoice.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• SAP Concur certification is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP Concur implementations.
  Configure SAP Concur modules to meet client needs, including Travel, Expense, and Invoice management.
• Take part in SAP Concur implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Concur functionalities and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Concur applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and operation of SAP Concur solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and project plans.
