Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to completion across various projects.
• Create visually compelling designs for both digital and print mediums while ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers within the team.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative work innovative and forward-thinking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Experience with UX/UI design is a must.
