Your Role

We are looking for Senior Engineer who will be responsible for building, automating, and optimizing dedicated infrastructure, networks, and firewall setups, with a focus on scalability, security, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of dedicated server environments, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and cloud architecture best practices.

Your Responsibilities

• Setup, maintain and scale server landscape, network and different infrastructure components like k8s, SQL database, GitLab, image registries, etc;
• Implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and efficient deployment of microservices and containerized applications (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, containerd);
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Ansible;
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Kuma, Grafana Stack – tempo, loki, alloy, etc.) for proactive infrastructure performance optimization, incident detection, and root cause analysis;
• Implement security best practices (e.g., Maintain SSL certs, encryption, identity and access management, network security, manage secrets) to protect cloud infrastructure and application workloads;
• Create automation scripts for cloud operations and orchestration using Python, Bash or similar scripting languages;

Requirements

• At least 3 years of engineering experience;
• Proficient in IaC tools (e.g., Ansible) for automating cloud resource provisioning and management. Experience with Terraform is a plus;
• Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Helm, GitLab CI
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and workload management in cloud-native and on-premise environments;
• Experience with AWS or (and) Azure cloud platforms is required;
• Proficient in scripting and automation using Python, Bash or similar languages for operational tasks and automations;
• Experience with at least one SQL database. Experience with RabbitMQ and Redis is necessary;
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Kuma, Grafana Stack – tempo, loki, alloy, etc.) to maintain infrastructure health and optimize performance.
• Advanced understanding in networking (e.g ip routing, NAT, also TCP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP and IP protocols).
