Senior Consultant – Product & Tech Strategy

We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Product & Tech Strategy to guide our investor clients through high-stakes decisions. This role is perfect for someone with broad technical knowledge combined with strong product management and business acumen.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end technical due diligence for startups and scaleups (pre-seed to M&A).
• Collaborate with investors and deal teams to shape the DD scope around the investment thesis.
• Conduct interviews with founders, engineering leads, and product stakeholders.
• Assess product & tech strategy alignment with commercial goals and growth plans.
• Evaluate leadership, team design, engineering velocity, and hiring quality.
• Review ways of working, prioritization frameworks (OKRs, RICE, ICE), and delivery practices.
• Summarize findings into clear, investor-facing reports: strengths, risks, and recommendations.
• Provide post-DD guidance on key tech areas to monitor post-investment

What you bring

• Strong background in product management, strategy or business-oriented technical leadership.
• Ability to map technology decisions to product-market fit and scalability goals.
• Familiarity with startup dynamics across pre-seed to late-stage growth.
• Solid understanding of org design, engineering practices and leadership quality assessment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge founders constructively.
• General technical knowledge to evaluate product architecture and infrastructure at a high level.
