    KPMG IT Service OOD is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of the KPMG network member firms and their clients. We employ more than 500 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including SAP solutions, Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud and Infrastructure.

    As a ServiceNow Application Support Engineer with German language skills, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge enterprise solutions, ensuring the smooth operation of our ServiceNow platform and delivering exceptional support to our clients.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Provide support for specialized applications running on the ServiceNow platform
    • Diagnose and resolve issues, including testing fixes and updates
    • Provide technical support for internal clients at KPMG Germany
    • Handle and coordinate service requests, ensuring timely resolution
    • Collaboration with the 2nd and 3rd Level Support
    • Ensure adherence to Change management processes and support the rollout of changes
    • Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to internal knowledge databases to support efficient troubleshooting and continuous improvement

    What you bring in:

    • ServiceNow Administration: Hands-on experience in administering ServiceNow, ITSM, Application Management and ITOM
    • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Technical Documentation: Proficiency in maintaining clear and accurate technical documentation
    • A degree or relevant education in the field of Information Technology or a similar area
    • Excellent command of German (spoken and written)
    • Experience in the administration and technical knowledge on ServiceNow platform
    • Responsible and customer-oriented work ethic

    Additional Advantages:

    • ITIL: Experience with ITIL processes, ensuring smooth transitions and implementation of the changes
    • Experience in application support
    • Familiarity with MS Azure DevOps
    • Knowledge of JavaScript and programming
