About the project: The guardians of space
We develop an innovative space technology platform designed to enhance Space Situational Awareness (SSA) and space safety through a global network of optical sensors and advanced software systems. The platform enables real-time tracking, analysis, and visualization of satellites and space debris, providing critical insights for collision avoidance and orbit management. Built on modern microservices architectures, our solutions integrate real-time data processing, AI-driven analytics, and secure cloud-edge infrastructures.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a QA Engineer who is proactive, mindful of deadlines, pays attention to details and takes pride in his/her quality of work. Passionate and experienced with backend testing but not hesitant to explore frontend testing if needed as well. The candidate should possess a robust understanding of good coding practices, emphasising code maintainability, readability, and efficiency.
Day-to-day activities:
Analyzing business requirements and specifications
Writing tests cases
Designing and implementing automated backend integration/e2e tests
Executing automated tests as part of the software development process
Analyzing the results to identify issues or defects
Taking part in the code review process
Providing test results, release notes and documentation
Report quality of deliverables to the lead roles (Senior QA and Delivery Lead)
You are just the right fit if you have:
At least 2 years of experience in test automation
Experience in automated backend integration/e2e tests
Hands on experience in testing Web apps and APIs
Experience with UI automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.
Experienced in one of the following programming languages: Java, C#, JavaScript
Understanding of OOP concepts
Experience with GIT, Gitflow
Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
Has understanding and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Proficient English level
