Senior Python Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help us build the future of automated file transfers. If you’re a self-driven engineer with a strong sense of ownership and a product mindset, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What We Do
Our product is a Managed File Transfer (MFT) application that helps large enterprises automate and secure the movement of their files.

What You’ll Do
Design and develop new features for our core MFT application.
Work with the team to improve our product’s architecture, performance, and scalability.
Tackle complex problems related to data pipelines, file transfer protocols, and cloud integrations.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python (and maybe Go).
Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define and build the product roadmap.
Take ownership of features from ideation to production.

What We’re Looking For
A product mindset: you’re not just a coder; you care about the user experience and the business impact of your work.
A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with a startup-like culture and minimal supervision.
5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
Deep expertise in Python and its ecosystem. Experience with Flask is a big plus.
Solid understanding of database concepts, with hands-on experience using PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Go is a plus but not required. You must be willing to learn.
Experience with file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, etc.) and cloud storage services is highly desirable.
