Job Description:
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to design systems, with a particular focus on PCB design, packaging, mechanics, and firmware
Develop both analogy and digital hardware boards and solutions — from the initial concept and design stages through to production release
Oversee PCB layout processes, ensuring EMC-compliant design from prototype to series production
Integrate firmware for embedded DSPs or microcontrollers using C and C++
Perform debugging and testing activities with a practical, hands-on approach
Maintain and support existing product lines to guarantee long-term availability, cost efficiency, quality, and manufacturability
Stay up to date with trends and advancements in the semiconductor market
Participate in the development, assembly, and testing of prototypes, including coordination and execution of functional tests
Actively contribute to multidisciplinary development committees (e.g., project teams, FMEA teams)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Hardware Designer
Proficiency in MS Office tools
In-depth knowledge of industrial Ethernet interfaces such as ProfiNet, Ethernet/IP, and/or EtherCAT
Practical experience in schematic and PCB design, ideally with Cadence Allegro
Solid understanding of control systems engineering and analogy electronics
Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written
