Job description:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll take ownership of infrastructure strategy, design complex cloud architectures, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver DevOps excellence. You’ll mentor teammates, lead incident resolution, and shape the technical vision behind mission-critical systems.

• Architect, implement, and manage scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure
• Drive DevOps best practices and lead automation initiatives
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficiency and speed
• Build secure, observable, and resilient systems using IaC, monitoring, and logging tools
• Guide containerization efforts using Kubernetes and Docker
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and lead incident response
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools
• Maintain high-quality documentation for systems and processes
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
• Solid Linux system administration and networking knowledge
• Expert in CI/CD tools, Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Good scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Familiarity with security in DevOps
• Experience with Git and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Proven experience leading technical decisions
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to the delegated tasks and responsibilities
• To freely communicate in English – both written and spoken
