What You’ll Do

• Solve complex problems end-to-end – Take a holistic approach: understand the business context, service architecture, infrastructure, and user needs.

• Own your code from idea to deployment – You’ll manage the full SDLC: from shaping requirements to deploying and monitoring your services. You build it, you run it, you own it.

• Design for performance and resilience – Our systems must run without compromise. Data loss is not acceptable, minimise downtime and latency.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with microservices architecture – Our platform is built on a microservice-based architecture for scalability and performance.

• Strong grasp of communication protocols – You’re comfortable with HTTP, WebSockets, synchronous and asynchronous communication, and know when to use each.

• Proficiency with modern web frameworks – Experience with at least one major framework is essential.

• Deep RDBMS knowledge – You understand indexing, transactions, isolation levels, and how to design and evolve performant database applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience with in-memory databases like Redis or Memcached

• Degree in Computer Science or ongoing technical education
