Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure using Terraform.

Container Orchestration: Manage and scale our platform environments, built on Kubernetes and AWS.

CI/CD Pipelines: Own and enhance our CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling.

Observability: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

Security: Implement best practices and continuously monitor and maintain our security posture.

Automation: Automate routine operational tasks, environment provisioning, and disaster recovery procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

Cloud: 5+ years of professional experience managing complex, production-level infrastructure on AWS.

Containers: Deep expertise with Docker and production experience managing Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, including Helm charts. Experience with ArgoCD is a plus.

IaC: Proven experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing core AWS services.

CI/CD: Strong working knowledge of CI/CD systems. Experience with Gitlab is a plus.

Observabilitiy: Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools – Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, CloudWatch.

Security: IAM, SIEM, secrets management.

Networking: Strong foundational knowledge of networks, inside and outside cloud environments, DNS, Load Balancers and proxies.

Operating Systems: Solid understanding of Linux and containers.

Databases: Experience managing or supporting PostgreSQL/MySQL/Aurora databases.

Bonus points: Experience in Fintech or other highly regulated sector.
