We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Client Success and Product Support Team, where you will focus on helping our customers migrate to our latest software. This complex and challenging position involves a blend of problem-solving, technical knowledge, communication, and coding expertise.
To be successful in this role you need to:
Love solving problems – if you’re the type of person who loves solving puzzles then this might be a good job for you. You’ll often be diagnosing unexpected bugs and then finding creative ways to solve them.
Enjoy collaborating with other developers –about half of your time will involve information gathering and communication via email, video chat, or JIRA tickets. Every day you will be communicating with our customer’s developers, our internal developers and product support engineers, our product managers, or your direct teammates.
Be very detail oriented – our software is very complex. It has many, many features and lots of behaviors to understand. To be successful, you’ll need to keep a lot of information in your head and be very organized in your code.
Own your work – we value personal responsibility and trust our team members to get the job done. While we support one another, we rely on you to take ownership of your tasks.
In terms of technology, you’ll be coding in both typescript and .NET. We use React for user interface and our core platform uses Electron, node.js and .NET. While we also use some C++ and Java, knowledge of these languages is not required.

Maintain our legacy software (Typescript and .NET)
Maintain a conversion layer for our latest software
Spec out development tasks based on client requirements
Deliver releases to clients
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
Proficiency in .NET
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Electron.js etc.)
Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques.
Experience with user interface design.
Proficient with git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills
Experience in client facing roles a plus
