    Tech Stack / Requirements

    We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. In this role you will be using Typescript, Electron, Node.js and React to work on io.Connect Desktop Product.

    To be successful in this role you need to:

    • Posses a passion for building user-friendly, high-performance applications and SDKs and will play a key role in the design, implementation, testing and deployment of our software product.
    • Own your work – we value personal responsibility and trust our team members to get the job done. While we support one another, we rely on you to take ownership of your tasks.
    • Be very detail oriented – our software is very complex. It has many, many features and lots of behaviors to understand. To be successful, you’ll need to keep a lot of information in your head and be very organized in your code.

    In this role you will also:

    • Design and develop scalable applications using Typescript, Electron, React and Node.js.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
    • Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
    • Ensure software reliability through regular code reviews.

    Your profile:

    • Significant experience (typically 5+ years) as a Software Engineer
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
    • Experience with TypeScript and Node.js
    • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React etc.)
    • Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques
    • Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in developing desktop applications with Electron
    • Knowledge of additional JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
    • Experience with native Windows application development, including Windows APIs and WPF
    • Familiarity with developing applications on macOS
