System and Network Administrator

We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated System and Network Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you’ll be crucial in maintaining, optimizing, and securing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, install, and troubleshoot network equipment, including routers and switches, to ensure optimal connectivity and performance. Manage and resolve issues related to VPN solutions for secure remote access.
• Deploy, administer, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory configuration and troubleshooting. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft server infrastructure and applications for reliability and performance.
• Manage and support Office 365 services and Exchange Online, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Configure, administer, and support VMware infrastructure, including virtual machine provisioning, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices across all managed systems.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines. Participate in planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Perform regular system backups and recovery testing to ensure data integrity and business continuity. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Experience Required:

• Hands-on experience with routing protocols, network connectivity, network security, and network management.
• Solid understanding of networking and connectivity infrastructures, with the ability to apply fundamental network security principles. Proficient in working with Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches from various vendors.
• Strong background in Microsoft Windows Server management and administration. Practical experience with Active Directory, including domain services and group policy management.
• Proven experience in managing and supporting Office 365 and Exchange Online environments.
• Skilled in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and administration of Microsoft-based applications.
• Experience with Microsoft and VMware virtualization technologies is a strong advantage.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CCNA and/or CCNP are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
