    What project we have for you

    Our customer is a fast-growing FinTech company in the loan management domain operating in EU.

    We are on going on the long-term journey to build a loan management system using Microsoft technology stack.

    We are looking for a ETL/Integrations Engineer who will join the team to support a debt management company with operations in several Nordic countries.

    What you will do

    • Elaborate on the requirements with business representatives.
    • ETL process management, Data modeling.
    • Maintenance and monitoring of the production solutions, addressing issues and improvements.
    • Propose, implement systems and support enhancements and process improvements.
    • Performing data quality checks for data source systems.
    • Integration performance management: load balancing, message throttling, scalability.

    What you need for this

    • 2+ years of experience in ETL, system integration and data modelling.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft data technology stack (Azure Data Factory, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure managed databases, Azure NoSQL database services, Azure Storage, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Synapse Analytics).
    • Good knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
    • Good knowledge of data modeling.
    • Experience in development of ETL.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory.
    • Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.
    • Hands-on experience with OLAP, OLTP and RDMS Azure specific services.
    • Experience with other integration platforms is a big advantage.
    • Advanced knowledge of database architecture.

    What other skills/experience would be good to have?

    • Experience and good understanding of Azure Identity Management, Azure DevOps (Code, Pipelines), Azure Security, Azure Connectivity (hybrid, multi cloud, cross tenant) and networking/firewalling, Azure Data Analytics.
    • Good experience in query tuning.
    • Experience in development and performance tuning of complex Transact-SQL scripts.
    • Experience within debt collection, financial services is an advantage.
    • Good command of English (able to communicate in an international environment).
