The Senior BA/PO plays a crucial role in supporting business processes using technology solutions. This role is dedicated to complex, large-scale Salesforce projects developed by the team. This role also provides stakeholders with timely updates and metrics through effective communication. They adapt to evolving business and project requirements. You will join a brand new team that will focus on closing design gaps, fixing bugs, and helping the company with the integration of the Salesforce ecosystem. What you will do
Interface with Product Manager to take direction on feature development
Manage and groom backlog for the team
Provide business level guidance to development team
Work with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, business and software requirements
Create and maintain business and software requirements documentation
Effectively manage project scope changes to ensure any change to scope is relevant, approved by stakeholders and documented
Define software acceptance criteria and validate the product according to them
Act as Product Owner in the product roadmap development
Clearly translate business requirements into software requirements understandable for the development team
Educate development team about product features and functionality
What you need for this
5+ years of experience in requirements management or business analysis in IT companies
Salesforce ecosystem BA experience
Experience in Salesforce and integration complex and large-scale projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative and analytic skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of key business analysis tasks, requirements engineering techniques
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Shifted hours 10AM-7PM or 9AM-6PM (CET). Central time overlap required: ~2-4 hours per day.
Nice to have:
Experience in Agile SAFe framework
Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations with multiple instances.
Familiarity with Salesforce/CPQ GovCloud
