    As a Business Analyst you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of modern automotive navigation solution. This role requires strong domain expertise in automotive, an understanding of digital product lifecycles, and excellent analytical and communication skills to align business goals with technical execution and ensure measurable impact.

    What project we have for you

    We are developing a SaaS navigation solution that provides fresh, updatable and upgradable navigation content and services available on an “on-demand” basis. It provides a cloud platform, location services and a navigation software client working in symbiosis for the OEM to design and control the navigation experience in their vehicle lines. There is also a B2B marketplace for OEMs and 3rd party ISV to upgrade the navigation experience with additional content and services integrated into the core navigation experience in the vehicle.

    What you will do

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
    • Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
    • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure alignment across business, product, and technology teams.
    • Work closely with the architecture and development teams to design solutions that align with both technical feasibility and business goals.
    • Support the team during sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups by clarifying requirements and prioritizing tasks.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.
    • Perform detailed data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and business insights.
    • Support decision-making by synthesizing and presenting analytical findings in a clear and actionable format.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly with stakeholders.

    What you need for this

    • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Manager / Product Owner in software development projects.
    • Proven experience working in automotive projects
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
    • Proficient in creating documentation: Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Diagrams.
    • Experience in working closely with development teams in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
    • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
    • Knowledge of user journey mapping and workflow definition.
    • Familiarity with software development and product lifecycle models.
    • Advanced proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io).
    • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (verbal and written).
    • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, organized approach.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate adaptable, hands-on, and collaborative approach.
