What project we have for you

We are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to lead the development of AI-driven solutions in Global Digital Marketing team of a Leading Agricultural Company. The Business analyst will work on projects involving generative AI, intelligent agents, and process automation, integrating with large-scale enterprise systems.

What you will do

• Analyze capability gaps within the client organization or pain points for the target market. Suggest improvements and appropriate solution options.
• Identify and define business needs and goals. For Enterprises, clearly outline stakeholders’ impact and their outlook on the project and teams.
• Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, project managers, and teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs. Manage requirements communication considering the project’s specifics and stakeholders’ preferences. Moderate meetings and workshops.
• Manage solution scope, detect and track changes. Manage requirements-related conflicts and issues up to resolution.
• Prioritize requirements and manage their allocation. Define and document non-functional requirements, external interfaces, and constraints.
• Where needed, interact with the product manager on product strategy definition and target market segments.
• Evaluate business analysis processes and continuously improve them. Establish and follow requirements lifecycle processes.
• Monitor solution implementation and conduct internal and external solution acceptance. Manage solution acceptance criteria.
• Care about continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

What you need for this

• Strong background in IT development with a focus on agile methodologies, collaborative techniques, and agile tooling.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product management, including full lifecycle solution definition from concept to production.
• Excellent understanding of user and business trends, digital product development, and a strong passion for digital innovation.
• Solid working knowledge of project scope documentation (product vision and scope, functional and technical specifications, design artifacts, and project plans).
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong capability to quickly gather requirements, analyze them, and convert them into clear process flows to demonstrate understanding and build confidence.
• High attention to detail.
• Versatile, motivated, and reliable self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience defining, designing, or implementing GenAI-driven business solutions involving multi-agent architectures
• Familiarity with integrating large language models (LLMs) with diverse structured and unstructured data sources
• Understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and orchestration between multiple AI agents for collaborative decision-making
• Understanding of digital marketing mission, tools and processes.
