    We are currently looking to expand our team with a Technical Project Manager based in Sofia.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead technical integration projects from initiation to completion, including building project plans based on intake forms, defined scope, and templates, organizing kick-off meetings, assigning roles and responsibilities in coordination with Development Heads, and ensuring clear escalation processes.
    • Coordinate the full project lifecycle by tracking progress, managing risks, providing weekly status reports to the Tech PMO Team Lead, maintaining project documentation in SharePoint, and updating dedicated Confluence project spaces for each initiative.
    • Collaborate closely with developers during the specification and development phases, create and assign technical tasks, organize technical meetings with internal and external partners, and support L3 certification tests alongside PMO and Development teams.
    • Ensure all project artefacts are prepared, shared, and approved, including acceptance protocols and user guide updates, while facilitating smooth handover to operational teams such as CSM, Tech Support, Product, Pre-Sales, and Sales.

    Requirements

    Education & Experience:

    • University degree, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in project management. Experience in the Payment or Fintech sectors will be considered an advantage.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English, with the ability to understand stakeholder needs, take ownership of decisions, and manage multiple priorities independently.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills, combined with strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, adapt to challenges, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
