Role Overview
We are seeking Software Quality Engineer to join our Developer Tools team. In this role, you will help ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of the tools and platforms that our developers rely on daily. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to define quality standards, implement automated testing, and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, and end-to-end) for developer tools and platforms.
Define test strategies and quality standards for CI/CD pipelines.
Embed quality checks into build and release processes to prevent defects from reaching production.
Monitor system performance, reliability, and usability; identify and report issues clearly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve tools, processes, and developer experience.
Advocate for user experience by ensuring tools are intuitive, consistent, and well-documented.
Contribute to compliance with internal quality and security standards.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or related roles.
Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium).
Strong programming skills in C#,.
Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Strong analytical and debugging skills; ability to isolate complex issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a developer-centric environment.
Experience with Powershell a plus.
