You have the opportunity to join our team at the position of Technical Support Specialist

What you will do:

• Responsible for 1st and 2nd level support.
• Responsible for Active Directory user and computer accounts management.
• Responsible for Active Directory groups management.
• Password lifecycle management.
• Create and manage shares and NTFS permissions.
• Remote support.
• AD account administration (modify and manage user accounts and group permissions).
• Cloud Exchange calendar/shared folder permissions and delegation.
• AD object maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Create and deploy packages, download, test and distribute application, system and security patches.
• Responsible for contacting customers, and providing info regarding deployment, scheduling.
• Refer high priority issues to 3rd level support via ticketing system.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

What skills and qualifications do you need to have?

• Analytical, organized, proactive, able to work in a dynamic atmosphere in collaboration with all team members of projects implemented by the company;
• Approach in identifying inconsistencies with established standards and finding solutions to address them;
• Very good teamwork and collaboration skills, progressive approach to project needs and challenges;
• Good knowledge in maintaining formal correspondence;
• Experience in preparation, editing and presentation of project, reporting and technical documentation;
• Very good skills in planning and monitoring the implementation of assigned tasks;
• Commitment to tasks and pursuit of ultimate goals with determination;
• Skills in understanding and making interpretation of client’s business needs and transforming them into applicable and operational requirements;
• Attention to the details, quality and it’s improvement;
• Work experience with Microsoft office package, or compatible products;
• Knowledge in management process and reporting of IT projects would be considered as an advantage;
• Consistency and ongoing acquisition of new knowledge and experience;

Your advantage will be:

• Experience with VPN, RDS, SCCM, RSAT, ADUC;
• Higher education in the field of information technology or in the management of European projects;
• Current certifications in the field.
