Are you passionate about driving successful technology projects that transform businesses? We are looking for an experienced professional to spearhead a critical ERP transformation project for one of our clients in Belgium, while also building a long-term career with our growing IT consulting firm based in Sofia. This role requires a strong local presence, with at least 50% of your time spent on-site at the client’s manufacturing plant in Belgium, working directly with stakeholders while coordinating closely with global and offshore teams.

Some of your responsibilities as a Senior Delivery Manager will be to:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders to shape and control project scope
• Build and maintain project plans detailing key deliverables, milestones, resource needs, financials, and risk logs
• Coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure effective execution
• Lead end-to-end cutover planning and execution, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems (such as ERP)
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all project elements

What we look for:

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery or project management roles
• Proven track record of ERP-related project delivery
• Experience delivering projects involving Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2), Agile (SAFe, PSI), and/or SCRUM (PSM) are a strong plus
• Fluent English, both written and verbal, is mandatory; skills in Flemish will be considered an advantage
• Excellent leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, with structured and detail-oriented execution
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is beneficial but not required

• International project delivery experience
