We are currently looking for an enthusiastic tech-savvy problem-solver with ambition to engage in custom business application development with a low-coding framework. As a Power Platform Developer, you will be part of a strong team creating business-enriching software, and enter a tech-savvy world that reinforces enterprise digital transformation.

Working as an INDEAVR Power Platform Developer you will excel at:

• Developing Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps applications
• Building enterprise-level solutions with custom business logic to automate and streamline complex organizational processes
• Understanding the domain and business processes to implement successful automation using Microsoft Power Platform
• Leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality
• Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources
• Interpreting and designing database models (MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.)
• Integrating Power BI Reports and dashboards into Power Apps
• Re-writing and re-engineering custom legacy applications to Power Apps solutions
• Using multiple OOTB Connectors with Power Apps, Power Automate and creating custom connectors
• Coordinating approved application and configuration changes through the change configuration management process
• Collaborating with technology and business professionals to ensure quality and customer satisfaction with projects delivery
• Estimating work content and achieving planned timelines
• Performing unit and integration testing

What we look for:

• Passion for technology and business process automation
• Being curious about Power Apps formulas and development methods
• Knowledge in Common Data Service
• Basic idea of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI) and Office 365 services (SharePoint, Outlook, Graph API, One Note, One Drive, etc.)
• General understanding of Agile methodology
• Experience with MS SQL or similar
• Problem solving and analytical thinking
• Professional appearance and business behavior
• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, talent, enthusiasm and willingness to build a career in technology
• Excellent written and spoken English

What we will value but NOT insist on:

• Three to six months of experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with emphasis on technology
