We are interested in furthering our business intelligence capabilities and looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Specialist for our Data Strategy Services department:

Job Description:

The job role is focused on turning vast amounts of data into insightful, easy-to-use and automated Business Intelligence Reports using various tools. The BI specialist works closely with both the internal team of Business Analysts and Consultants, as well as our clients’ project teams, to deliver BI reports that empower our clients to make better and more informed decisions. The role is designed for eager to learn, smart and hard-working young professionals and does not require prior work experience. All necessary trainings and mentoring will be provided by INDEAVR.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connect BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) to various data sources (DBs, flat files, live data, etc.)
• Prepare data models
• Visualize data
• Produce automated reports
• Support BI reports
• Working closely and collaboratively with the project team

What we look for:

• Degree in a relevant bachelor or master program
• Understanding and experience (in academic or work environment) with manipulating data
• General understanding of Business Intelligence concepts
• Academic or work experience with Microsoft Power BI / Tableau / Qlik is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• Understanding of data modeling concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work with different technologies
• Professional appearance and business behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Bulgarian
• Team player attitude
• Creative thinking, enthusiasm, and persistence
