We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for our Data Strategy Services department. The ideal candidate will be passionate for solving complex business challenges by creating and tracking customer journeys, implementing tagging methodologies, establishing and tracking relevant KPIs and metrics. The Digital Analyst will be part of a dynamic consulting team that works across multiple industries and business functions.
Some of your responsibilities will be to:
Develop and maintain comprehensive customer journey maps, analyzing user behavior across multiple digital touchpoints.
Implement and manage tagging technologies ensuring accurate and consistent data tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and track relevant KPIs and metrics for each stage of the customer journey.
Understand and utilize various tagging methodologies, such as custom events, data layers, and triggers, to optimize data collection and analysis.
Continuously improve data quality by troubleshooting and resolving tagging issues, as well as recommending enhancements to the data collection process.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience, engagement, and conversion rates based on data-driven analysis.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital analytics and tagging.
Work with the project team to derive insights, conclusions and recommendations.
Coordinate activities with client’s project team.
Present findings in an impactful and easy to understand manner
What we look for:
Degree in a relevant bachelor or master program (preferably from a program with quantitative coursework)
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using a combination of business understanding and data analytics
Knowledge of data collection, extraction and manipulation techniques
Experience with a TMS (Google Tag Manager/Adobe Launch/Matomo/other) and Analytics services would be considered an advantage, but is not a prerequisite
Understanding of consent management and experience with CMP (OneTrust/other), would be considered an advantage, but is not a prerequisite
Experience with CMS (Drupal) would be considered an advantage, but is not a prerequisite
Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and talent
Excellent communication skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and INDEAVR personnel
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
