We are interested in furthering our business intelligence capabilities and looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist for our Data Strategy Services department.

The job role is focused on turning vast amounts of data into insightful, easy-to-use and automated Business Intelligence Reports. The BI Specialist works closely with both the internal team of Business Analysts and Consultants, as well as our clients’ project teams, to deliver BI reports that empower our clients to make better and more informed decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connect BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) to various data sources (DBs, flat files, live data, etc.)
• Prepare data models
• Visualize data
• Produce automated reports
• Optimize existing reports
• Support existing reports
• Working closely and collaboratively with the project team

What we look for:

• Degree in a relevant bachelor or master program
• Working experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Good command of DAX
• Understanding of Power BI architecture is considered as an advantage
• Understanding and experience with manipulating data
• Understanding of data modeling concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work with different technologies
• Professional appearance and business behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Bulgarian
• Team player attitude
• Creative thinking, enthusiasm, and persistence
