We are looking for a talented Android Engineer to support the expansion of our capabilities in mobile development and help us deliver high-quality solutions for a strategic client. This role offers the opportunity to shape our Android expertise from the ground up while working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.

Some of your responsibilities as an Android Engineer will be:

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android frameworks.
• Implement features using Jetpack libraries, Compose, Gradle, GraphQL, and other modern technologies.
• Build high-quality, testable code and work with Espresso Testing, MVI/MV* architectures, and reactive programming patterns.
• Participate in solution and system design discussions to ensure scalable and robust architecture.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Help optimize the Product Operating Model and support Product Discovery processes.

What we look for:

• 2+ years of experience in Android application development.
• Good understanding of the Android SDK, Android lifecycle, Jetpack, and the overall ecosystem.
• Good understanding of SQLite, Android Room, and Android DataStore.
• Proficiency in Kotlin.
• Education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid solution and system design experience, with familiarity with modern frameworks and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive attitude, desire to learn, and an adaptive, self-motivated personality.
• Passion for building great mobile applications.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
