Game Economy Designer

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in game design, ideally with experience contributing to at least one shipped game.
• Familiarity with the Free-to-Play business model and a willingness to learn how to create and balance a game economy.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to express ideas clearly, both in writing and visually (e.g., through design documents and simple mockups).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to design game mechanics, game economy, and monetization strategies.
• Assist in creating and maintaining game design documentation for game content and features.
• Support communication and prioritization of game design elements with senior team members.
• Participate in development processes and contribute to critical review milestones.
• Research relevant subjects to ensure the authenticity and quality of the game experience.
